Terms & Conditions Agreement

This Terms & Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("you" or "the customer") and The Plant-Based Teacher LLC ("The Plant-Based Teacher," "we," or "us") regarding your use of the online courses ("the Course(s)"). By accessing and using the Courses, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

In addition to these terms, by using this website and the Courses, you also agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined on plantbasedteacher.com.

  1. Not a Substitute for Medical Advice: The Course is not intended to diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any disease, physical condition, or ailment. It is essential that you consult with a physician or other qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to your nutrition. The Plant-Based Teacher LLC does not provide medical advice, and you acknowledge that the Course is not a substitute for professional medical advice. You agree to consult with a healthcare professional before implementing any changes to your nutrition or diet based on the information provided in the Course. Peter Gierlach is a Certified Nutrition Coach and provides information within the limitations of this certification. You acknowledge this certification and its roles and limitations.

  2. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability: You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any and all outcomes resulting from the application of information found in the Course. All actions taken by you are done at your own risk. You hereby release and discharge The Plant-Based Teacher LLC from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, causes of action, costs, and expenses, whether at law or in equity, known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Course. There is no guarantee of specific results based on the information found on PlantBasedTeacher.com or its associated programs.

  3. Accuracy of Information: The Course strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, it is important to recognize that nutrition science is a constantly evolving field, and new research may emerge that could alter or update previous understandings. Any inaccuracies or outdated information in the Course are unintentional, and The Plant-Based Teacher LLC shall not be held responsible for such errors.   6. Refunds: Refunds for the Course are available within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, please email [email protected] with "Refund" in the subject line and provide an explanation in the email. Refund requests made within 30 days of purchase will be honored. Please allow reasonable time for processing your refund.

  7. Course Community Contributions: You agree that any contributions you make to the Course Community, including but not limited to comments, feedback, testimonials, or other materials, may be used by The Plant-Based Teacher LLC for promotional materials. You further acknowledge that The Plant-Based Teacher LLC has the sole discretion to remove any contributions that violate the Community Guidelines. The user accepts full responsibility for any content they add to the Community.

  8. Technical Issues: The Plant-Based Teacher LLC strives to provide uninterrupted access to the Course. However, we do not guarantee the continuous availability or accessibility of the Course. You acknowledge and agree that The Plant-Based Teacher LLC shall not be liable for any technical issues, including but not limited to website downtime, server outages, or connectivity problems, that may impact

In the case of The Plant-Based Teacher needing to shut down access to any program, the best efforts will be made to provide customers with continued access to the information found in the program they signed up for using alternative means. The customer understands that this situation may occur and agrees to accept the means put forth by The Plant Based Teacher LLC in case of termination of a product.
